Wild blue excede Complaint
Don't expect support
We cancelled and emailed corporate to remove any early termination fees-
We received email back saying account closed and in the body of the response it said case closed.
5 months later we receive a letter stating they are cancelling our account and want all termination fees. Hours and hours of customer service and no response to my kept email about case and account closed-
